A classical Lagrangian model of the Pauli potential is introduced. It is shown that the kinematic kinetic energy (1 2 mv 2) in the model approximately reproduces the energy of a free Fermi gas at low temperatures and at densities relevant in nuclear collisions with moderate beam energies. We propose a new mechanism for a ”small” violation of Pauli Principle in the framework of Quantum Field Theory. Instead of modification of algebra commutation relations for fields we introduce spontaneous violation of Pauli Principle which is proportional to the vacuum fermionic condensate.
